A qualified remedial massage therapist, personal trainer, and fourth-year naturopath student, her work is centred on supporting the body through both hands-on treatment and movement-based strategies.

By combining clinical knowledge with a whole-person perspective, she aims to address not only the symptoms of pain or tension, but also the underlying factors that may be contributing to them.

Her approach focuses on understanding how the body moves, where imbalances or restrictions may develop, and how lifestyle factors such as stress, movement patterns, and daily habits can influence health.
