With over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Sharelle is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and improve their overall wellbeing through a holistic, personalised approach to care. A qualified remedial massage therapist, personal trainer, and fourth-year naturopath student, her work is centred on supporting the body through both hands-on treatment and movement-based strategies.
By combining clinical knowledge with a whole-person perspective, she aims to address not only the symptoms of pain or tension, but also the underlying factors that may be contributing to them.
Her approach focuses on understanding how the body moves, where imbalances or restrictions may develop, and how lifestyle factors such as stress, movement patterns, and daily habits can influence health. Each treatment begins with a detailed assessment and is tailored to the individual's needs on the day, allowing her to provide targeted care that supports recovery, improves mobility, and reduces muscle tension.
